Fall lasted approximately 2 minutes and 39 seconds, and then it snowed. I'm pretty bitter about it. But hey, that's what I get for living in Utah I guess. Here's an update on our recent shenanigans:
October 28th
I ride the bus to school every morning. Not my favorite part of the day, but there are perks.
1. Avoiding the war zone that is the UVU Parking Lot. Zero parking, sir.
2. Saving money that would have been spent on gas.
3. Homework time... for like 10 minutes and then I'm car bus sick.
4. My personal favorite... Watching this beauty be constructed. My bus stop is right across from the new Provo City Center Temple. There was a new addition that day and I got SO excited.
Middle spire is going up! I love watching this building change from day to day
Later that night, Clark and I drove up to Murray for Grandma's annual pumpkin carving party. As always, everyone brought a soup. My mother's zucchini garden chowder graced us with it's presence and let me tell you... it was divine. It was so good, it knocked Clark's glasses right off his face.
He'll grow up eventually.
I think.
Naturally, I carved a pumpkin of my favorite little friends.
Evil Minion even made an appearance!
Clark carved Gru, so we could have a Despicable Me family.
That is true love folks.
My little loves. So precious.
October 30th
On this very day, Justin and Ashley won favorite family members of the day.
Free Jazz tickets. I got to see my homeboy, Gordon Hayward.
He's a millionaire, a the guy drives a freaking Honda Accord. I like him.
They lost but hey. Pretty close game.
November 3rd
Clark and I have new callings! YAY! After being Sunday School teachers for nearly a year and a half, I'm excited for a laid back calling. Ward Website Coordinators. Sounds really official right? Clark edits the website, Hayley writes the newsletter. Piece of cake.
November 5th
You know you're married when...
Matchy Matchy.
Not even planned. Clark actually pointed it out.
We are too cute. TOO cute.
In other news, I have a ton of homework I'm procrastinating...
